Getting There Suggest change

Exit I-15 at Montana City and drive up McClelan Creek Road. Just after you enter the Forest service, look for a pull out on the right. Follow a hunters trail west, staying on the property boundary at first. Then, pass through a small pass with Shingle Butte on your left and a small rocky point on your right. Continue downhill now until you reach the corner of the private and enter a section of BLM land. The trail enters an old clear cut here. Stay on the trail for a bit longer and the rocks are really hidden at first. Look for some pink flagging to exit the trail and head to the cliff. GPS could be useful. Total approach is about .7 miles from the parking lot.
