Description [Edit]

Large cave like alcove with multiple steep routes coming out of the underside. A perfect place to avoid a light rain, chase shade in the afternoons.

Routes here are a bit shorter, but make up for their height in powerful movement.

Getting There [Edit]

From Little river canyon rd 176 (driving south) turn left onto cherokee county rd 148. Drive 1 4/10'th of a mile and park near the mile marker 10.

From here bushwack into the woodline until you can spot a trail that scrambles down a steep section, and continue to follow the trail left (north) until you reach the obvious ninja wall.

There's actually a nice trail to the edge of the cliff, although it seems that it's not often traveled (since everyone seems to bushwhack in from the parking near mile marker 10). It is just up the road (towards 176) a short distance from mile marker 10. It is possible to park in front of it.

Last time we were there we tried to move some sticks from on the trail to the sides to make it more clear and built a small cairn about 10-15ft in from the road. Those things may or may not be there when you visit. Apr 10, 2018

There are currently several snakes living in the rocks at the base of Ruhama. We have also found them on the belay ledge below Stealth. I am not a herpetologist, however, I believe they are southern black racers. We have also seen one central rat snake across the amphitheater. None of these are venomous (and are therefore harmless), however, the black racers seem kind of territorial. Give them space and they'll leave you alone. Please do not harm them. Apr 22, 2018
