Description Suggest change

Lone Tree Bluff is a scenic block of rock located uphill and to the west of the Mission Boulders. It is easily identified via the small, lone tree sitting atop the block. There are several quality, albeit short toprope routes available here. You can scramble up to the top of the cliff via Class 3 on the north side of the cliff. With an assortment of cams, nuts, and webbing, TR anchor opportunities are abundant. There are opportunities for much more difficult routes on the far left side of this crag. This rock gets morning to early afternoon sun.

Please do not use white chalk on this wall, as it is highly visible from the valley and trail below. Do not climb over/next to petroglyphs.

Getting There Suggest change

The crag is clearly visible from the Mission Boulders area. Hike west up the hill for about 10-15 minutes, you can't miss it. See the satellite map.
