Description

Very secluded area, not much traffic, and a handful of super great routes. Bolts are old make sure to be safe!

Getting There

30-45 minute approach. You will park at Carnifex Ferry Road picnic area. At the picnic area in the back right corner there will be a set of trails, continue along Old 'Carnifex Ferry Road' trail. You will be hiking for about 15 minutes downhill and come to a small brook crossing continue along the trail for an additional ten minutes and you will come to a large smooth boulder, 10-15 feet tall, along the right side of the trail. From here bushwhack up the hillside for about 5 minutes, you will cross another trail (this is still Old Carnifex Road) and shortly after you will reach the crag.
