Description

Many wonderful alpine routes on beautiful featured gneiss and some granite in areas as well. Reasonable approaches and some long alpine routes.

Getting There

For areas out of wildhourse creek: From trail creek road between sun valley and US 93 follow signs to wildhorse campground along wild horse creek road. Once you get up the drainage, Mustang Peak and it's north arete will dominate the view. From the Wild Horse campground you will need higher clearance the last 4 miles to the trailhead for mustang, rearing stallion, brocky, etc.
