Description
Rockaway Beach is a secluded, shady, westward facing wall with amazing cracked patina and good features.
Getting There
To get to Rockaway beach you first need to get to the northern most parking lot, in the heart of the valley. From there head north and gain access to the main wash, by means of tributary washes. Follow the main wash north until an exit puts you on the southwest side of the hill. Hike up and angle north towards the base of the wall. Scrambling and route finding will be necessary. The wall is less than two miles from the parking lot but allow for 45 min for route finding.
