Description Suggest change

Mt. Challenger anchors the Picket range at its northern terminus. The mountain sports five major summits and several smaller highpoints. The main (highest) summit is on the eastern end of the massif. The Challenger glacier is the largest in the range and provides access to the multiple summit pinnacles of the peak. Any climb of the peak is a long approach from the nearest road.

Getting There Suggest change

Challenger has a number of approach options described in depth elsewhere. Popular options include Easy Ridge, Eiley Wiley Ridge, and Whatcom Pass.
