Description

The North Shore is another area that is quite short, but can be fairly popular due to the presence of a handful of routes at the 5.10 and easier grades. As with many areas in Dierkes Lake, the North Shore faces due south and receives all day sun making it a poor choice for summer days.

Getting There

To get to the North Shore, hike as if heading to Little Italy, and continue past that area and the Short Subject area making your way along the North Shore of Dierkes Lake until you reach this area towards the east end of the lake (though obviously still on the North Shore).
