Description

This is a steep overhung boulder on top of Riggs' Hill on its north side.

Getting There

From the central parking lot, head up the left trail that moves immediately up the hill. Once you arrive at the red benches, head left, and follow the trail. You will see a side trail after 3 minutes, and move left, moving slightly up the hill. You will pass the Wanton Boulder, and it will be immediately after that. The approach for a slow hiker like me is probably 20 minutes.
