Description Suggest change

I have to thank Matthew Fienup for adding this comment in order to find this almost imaginary Crag! I have found no other info anywhere!
"Owl Rock - Cracks and chimneys up a tower located on the south side of Hwy-178, at 2000 feet elevation, approximately 20 miles east of Bakersfield. There are 4 recorded routes: Owl's Attack (5.9), Owl's Anus (5.9), Owl's Revenge (5.9) and Yesterday's Hangover (5.8 A2)."

Getting There Suggest change

If you have any other info please add it! The pinpoint on the location I found in person and on a map as well as gps, I haven't been able to get up to the rock however. It may be possible with long pants and boots and make the trek uphill?
