Description

This spire doesn't standout very well but has an eye-catching N face cut with an offwidth/chimney splitter. There is probably a much easier way to the summit from the S. Located right in between The Chessmen and Grizzly Bear Creek areas.

Getting There

Hike up the Pine Creek stream from the Chessmen proper, aiming for another large cluster on the left. Look up a major grass gully to easily spot Gorgon at the top, in the center of the cluster. Expect over an hour hike from the car.
