Description
The BreezeBlocks is a high quality hang with enough climbing to keep one busy for a few sessions or fun seasonal circuit. The climbing is on Schnebly member making for a classic Sedona experience different from other areas like The Anvils or Grasshopper.
Technically one giant block that has split apart providing a mix of face, arete, and crack climbing. Other boulders nearby also house several fun but very moderate climbs.
Situated below The Flying Buttress on a sunny, south facing hillside overlooking Bear Wallow Canyon and Schnebly Hill Rd with a great view of The Cow Pie and West towards Mooses Butte.
The aspect makes for a great Winter spot. Orientation of the boulders provides both sun and shade. As the name implies a nice breeze is usually found humming through the blocks. Be sure to stick around for the evening sunset and possible vortex encounter.
