Description Suggest change

A small outcropping of rock, almost not worth the effort to get there. Short toprope routes, good for beginners. But to set the topropes you need to scramble up easy 5th, not for beginners. Sun soaked for cooler days, something to do when you have done the rest in the area. There are other outcroppings farther south on the uphill side of the road.

Getting There Suggest change

Travelling east on HWY 44 approximately 4 miles after Viola you will come to the large passing lanes. When the highway reduces back down to 2 lanes, there will be a dirt road on the right. Go up this hill 1/4 mile. At the crest you will look down onto the crag in front of you. It is a manzanita crawl to get to the base.
