Description

This area has a high concentration of boulder problems and routes. It is well sheltered, but depending on weather conditions and time of day, particular areas could be shaded or sunny. As with the other areas on Fair Island, the rock is granite and can be sharp to the touch.

Getting There

The approach to this area is about a 15 minute hike from the fishing stages. This is comprised of walking through slight marsh and brush, then following the rocky coastline. The final approach is a steep descent into the area. With proper footwear, this is easily done.
