Description Suggest change

This crag is comprised of several routes going up the granite wall to a massive dolomite chockstone. The climbs here are difficult and quite good, but they involved heavy use of a drill when they were 'created' in the 2010's (regardless of opinion and moral judgment, the routes are there, the job was done and they are worth climbing). The majority of the bolts have draws hanging. The wall stays dry in rain and is akin to an outdoor gym - very much unlike the rest of the Lower Canyon. Beware: closed toe shoes are a must. Many of the belays are very chossy and I know from personal experience that having boulders roll onto your toes sucks.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow approach directions for the Lower Granite or for The Single Malt Wall. This crag is to the left of the Single Malt Wall. It is characterized by a giant house-sized limestone chock stone wedged high up in the granite corridor.
