Description Suggest change

Flintstone Rock is what we called a wall we decided to check out one stormy day in April after previous scouting party gave us a tip on a couple of FA's in the area. The rock is somewhat soft Navajo sandstone but good enough, the approach is nice and the setting is great.

Getting There Suggest change

Hike up Gold Bar Canyon roughly half a mile past two small drainages coming in from the right side. Stay high on the benches above the main canyon following a fairly obvious trail. In the second side drainage there's an interesting natural arch. Just a little further on the next buttress the routes will come into view.
