Description
The bouldering around Shaver Lake is high quality, coarse granite. The Lake itself is very beautiful and if you stray only a short distance from the parking lot you will most likely find yourself alone.
Along with the boulders around the outskirts of the lake there are tons just within the forest line surrounding the lake. There is also camping, fishing, boating, and plenty more. Huntington Lake along with all its glory is just a 20 minute drive further on 168 and Dinky Creek Rd holds the access to larger climable domes in the area.
