Access Issue: Climbing is Prohibited Details

December of 2024 Mountain Project received information that climbing has been prohibited for the past 2 years. Violations result in $250 fine. They have mounted trail cameras tp catch violators.

Description

A fifteen foot tall slab that faces south with nicely spaced holds. There is a horizontal boulder infront of the slab and the trail cuts in between the two leaving a small corridor for your pad. Watch for potential bikers/hikers. Rock quality is ok with the left being better than the right.

Getting There

Follow the new trail in the boulder gardens which begins at the main pullout and heads east infront of the three major boulders(three kings?). Behind the Transitional Matrix/Mini Bleu boulder the trail heads north and cuts right in front of this slab face. It also could be accessed from going southeast of the Dos Mas boulder.
