Description Suggest change

This "canyon" is actually a slight depression in the cliffs about midway between Carbody and Scary canyons. The routes here seem long for the Black Cliffs, and there are many excellent looking crack and sport climbs to choose from.

Getting There Suggest change

As of December 2015, climbers are encouraged to use the Car Body Canyon parking lot to access Face Canyon due to erosional issues and a lack of a good highway pull-off. The E Car Body trail has a connector that has been improved; it breaks north just after meeting the cliff band near a couple of cairns.
