Description Suggest change

The name means "Nun", and it's rather fitting due to the sleek white(ish) rock. It's also right next to a formation called "Little Monk" (Kleiner Mönch).
The climbing is a little unusual for the Frankenjura since it's not all that pocketed. However, the rock makes up for this by offering plenty of features such as flakes and ledges, making the routes here of moderate difficulty.

Getting There Suggest change

If you park in Haselstauden, walk towards Untertrubach for about 150m. On your left you'll see a path leading into the field. Head up this path for 20m, then head left through the bushes and after 150m you'll reach this crag.
If you park in Untertrubach, walk towards Haselstauden for 170m and look for the same path on your right.
