Description Suggest change

This is area has many undeveloped boulders spread out over a large area. The rock is rough and breaks easily but many cracks prove worth climbing. There are tons of boulders that seem like they haven't been touched. Also, Chimney Peak could offer some routes if explored. Most of the rocks have lots of moss and lichen on them and should need cleaning. There is lots to explore out there if you are looking for some new untouched rock. USAFA conducts military training during the summer months so cadets and military activity should be looked out for.

Getting There Suggest change

Start in Woodland Park and head up Rampart Range Road. Continue on Rampart Range Road (Forest Road 300) north until you hit Forest Road 324 or Forest Road 325. Boulders can be found all along these roads and down in the valleys off of these roads. From here, you can also go down Forest Road 323 and further on to Chimney Peak and more boulders.
