Description
This area sees very little shade due to the lack of trees and direct sun (hottest in the PM). The view of icicle canyon/creek makes the approach and sun worth it.
Crowds never seem to flock here so if you are looking for a nice secluded climbing area, this is it. The rock is extra sharp for extra goodness.

Getting There
Take highway 2 (heading east) through Leavenworth and turn onto East Leavenworth road; if you reach the Safeway, you should turn around.
The next left is Mountain Home road. You will pass homes, drive beyond where the pavement ends and follow the road until a large clearing with a well defined parking area roughly 4.3 miles from East Leavenworth road. The approach path will be on the right side of the road, approacher's left of the parking area. The path is well defined.
To reach The Pasture, you are going to pass Star Wars and follow the path for another 5-10 minutes, depending on your walking speed.
