Description

A large projection of limestone about 3' thick, fun looking fin shape, but very sharp. Two great bolted climbs not too far from road. Not crowded for the most part.

Getting There

Head 1.5 miles up Millcreek Canyon from fee station to a parking lot with a gate, park there and head to the north side of the road, aim 300 feet up a steep trail/runoff until you see the crag behind the petrified termite mound.

During cancer treatment, I cleaned this place up and made it somewhere I could get some exercise by myself, probably exhausting its potential beyond any sort of rationale. The base is still loose but the rock on the routes is actually decent. Hopefully it'll be worth it to someone other than my chemo brain. Feb 6, 2016
