The Echo Canyon climbing areas are located within the Henefer-Echo Wildlife Management Area. The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources closes all access to the WMA each year from January 1 to the second Saturday in April (and sometimes longer) to protect wintering wildlife.
Description
As for the Dry Wall. On the frontage road, before one arrives at the Dry Wall, you almost immediately see the only tower like formation tucked away by itself. It is south facing and one hears the train and truck traffic on nearby I-80. Rock quality is chossy cobble, but apparently cleaning up.
