Description Suggest change

This is an obscure Flatiron that sits West of the Front Porch and East of the Backporch.

It provides some easy but fun climbing on good quality rock, but mainly it provides solitude and a really nice setting.

Getting There Suggest change

Hike up the Porch trail (see Front Porch description) past and to the South of the Front Porch. At the fork in the trail head right and hike up under the South side of the Front Porch. A hundred more yards and the Lost Porch will come into view ahead and to the right.

Nearby Closure/Descent Considerations

Suggest change
Per tbol: it's worth noting that despite Lost Porch being open, Back Porch and The Box are currently closed into the summer. If you climb Lost Porch, be ready to downclimb the East Face route. If you climb down the 5.4 West Face as described in Jason's book, you'll end up in the closed area. This is an interesting inconsistency and worth being mindful of in order to respect the current bird closures.
