Description Suggest change

This is a small rock caught between the Hand and the Finger Flatirons. It provides a fun and clean scramble up an easy 200 ft of 4th class.

From it's top you can hike into Mallory cave. This rock is subject to Bat closures so make sure it is open before attempting it

OSMP has placed a fence across the Mallory cave gully blocking the standard downclimb route. You now need to downclimb the ascent route, or somewhere off the east side of the flatironette.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow the Mallory cave trail past the Hand. You will find this Flatironette 50 ft North
