Pondside Approach to Beach Pond

From the small parking lot on the south side of Rt 165, just before the causeway starts, follow the yellow blazed trail to the back of the pond and Hemlock Ledge & the Hand of Man cave. Watch for lots of social trails. You are getting close once you have crossed a footbridge. Shortly after, PSW & Normandy are up on the left, then you'll see Hemlock & THOM and the unblazed New Beach approach joins in from the left. Keep going on the yellow trail to the right side of the ledge and there is a junction with the white blazed trail.
