Hello All,

I have spent my climbing years primarily doing leading outdoors, while all of my bouldering was done indoors. This weekend a friend and I wish to go boulder in Malibu (Sunday and maybe Monday. I was wondering if anyone knew of any local places where we could rent pads.

If no one knows of any local places, any solutions recommendations to our lack of boulder pads would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hello! I use a Metolius Magnum pad, it is giant and great if you have a lack of pads! It is 6ft x 4ft x 4inches. It is a little pricey but worth it because it does offer a lot of size for not as much money as other pads. I bought the pad for 259.00 from Backcountry.com. If this is not a good fit then either Mad Rock Mad Pad (4ft x 3ft x 5in deep) or Evolv Iceman Crash Pad (32 in x 42in x 4in) are both great options at a much more affordable price. The Mad Rock Mad Pad is 119.21 on Backcountry and the Evolv Iceman is 107.96 on Backcountry.
