Description
A proud and committing line in a secluded setting with panoramic views of the Owens Valley. The quality of rock and the beauty of the line are on par with the best of the Buttermilks.
Stand start with a left-hand patina knob and a right-hand sidepull jug (sit start adds moves at the same grade).
Climb the gently overhanging face using balance and tension to reach patina jugs at the lip around 15 ft. With the crux behind you, recompose and swim through a sea of patina, trending up and right to a final slab move at roughly 35 ft.
While significantly easier, the final 20 ft of climbing remains near vertical and never fully relents. This section should be taken seriously, as a fall post-crux could have serious consequences
Grade approximate.
Cluck Around and find out!
