Description Suggest change

Sit start on huge jug flake underneath the roof, and make moves right to exit out the right side of the boulder. Extend big reach out right and come into undercling with left before using a variety of holds to work your way around. Super tensiony swing involved. Top out around the right side, surprisingly tricky given how scrunched it was.

Possible FA, and one that I am claiming, but let me know if you have any other information. This boulder is off to the right of a fairly well travelled path (I know) on the way to the Blue Hole. It seems as though the boulder recently was much more significantly underground though and has eroded to become more accessible as the ground washed out. There was a lot of scrubbing of moss and lichen, especially on the face and in the little crimps. Additionally, numerous little bits of the crimps would crumble at first touch, indicating to me that they had not been weighted before. No chalk anywhere, even under the roof where it would not have washed away with rain.

Location Suggest change

On the way to the Blue Hole at North Chickamauga, right off the path on the right side. Obvious roof.

Protection Suggest change

pads, but might be inhibitory given how close you are to the ground
