Description Suggest change

Start low on the right arete (start holds of Arete Direct and Twist Pop) and traverse left on a few good incuts right away, then sloping crimps. Hands stay below the line of better holds up high (see beta photo). Where Chelsea moves out left to a good jug near the end, this line goes lower out to the lowest sloping rail that you could practically use for hands, avoiding the jug. The lowest boulder is off for feet, but you can use the slightly more elevated one at the end by the arete.

Even more contrived eliminate traverse (but also somehow more fun). Might feel closer to V3 for the tall and V4 for those with less wingspan. I'm not super confident about the grading of this one, so any feedback is welcome!

I'm sure others have done this traverse before, so as always, if you have historical route information let me know and I'll update.

Location Suggest change

Right to left traverse from arete to arete on the west face.

Protection Suggest change

A pad to guard the left arete could be good, but that part is much easier than the rest. The traverse itself is low. Don't fall from up high, unless you want to hit the stone wall.
