Start on the huge underclings with good feet. Make a move to the lip and rock over

Location

This problem is facing the glacier, so it can be easy to miss if you're on the wrong side of it. Look for the boulder that is long and low to the ground. The problem starts on the large underclings inside the depression on the face.
