Description
A scrappy route on loose rock but with nice position on an arête.
Start on the face to the left on broken rock, held in place due to horizontal flat pedestals for the feet (the starting hands are a bit better rock). Climb up and gain the arête, which provides a thankful bear hug if need be. At a gravelly stance, continue up and note that the lead bolts run out at a blocky area near the top of the crag. If bold, push through and find a single, small glue in bolt as a reward. Or, clip the bolts through the more secure roof to the right and finish on that route.
Easiest route, grade wise, but with the poorest rock quality. May not be a good warm up!
Best route for photo’s of the lake with a climber in them…
