Description Suggest change

5.7, 5.10b, 5.8.  First pitch is 5.7, 3 bolts near the arete.  3 bolted anchors.  No bolts on 2nd pitch, 1 bolt on 3rd pitch.  Variations exist.  Last part of 2nd pitch can go up a chimney to the right, or straight up a crack to the bolted anchor.  3 single rope rappels to the base.

Location Suggest change

Hike about 10 minutes to the left past Independence Mine Crag.  Start at base of the arete, located <100' to the right of Ramparts Rampage.  Alternate 1rst pitch options to the left and right. 

Protection Suggest change

Mostly trad. 4 bolts and bolted anchors.  Bring small wired steel nuts or RPs for p2.
