Description Suggest change

Climb the outward flaring chimney to a large tree on the ledge above.

It is possible to jam and place gear in the back of the crack, for most of the route.  Different style of climbing from the other predominately crack & face climbs to the left and the slab climbs to the right.

Location Suggest change

The chimney is right of the prominent gully and face climbs, at the far left end of the Horseshoe Slabs.  A large tree is visible on the ledge above the route.

Protection Suggest change

Cams from .3" to 3" or set up top rope on tree.

The crack in the back of the chimney takes cams, but has not been cleaned.  It was somewhat dirty and wet from snowmelt, when climbed on June 4, 2018.
