Description

Diagonal right past 2 bolts to the main "large cobble line" on the left side of the wall. Continue up the big cobbles doing long reaches off large "footballs" to the 4th bolt. From here, make a real long reach to a good edge, followed by a few more tricky moves to a rest below a steep bulge at the 7th bolt. A few more difficult moves take you past this steep "corner" section to the final 5.10 headwall and the anchors.

Location

On the left side of the wall about 15' right of the Vaudeville "notch". The left of the 2 red hanger routes on the left end of Slope City

Protection

9 bolts to chain anchors with lowering biners

This one is closely bolted since the holds seem questionable (the hand holds are good though). The route could still use some more brushing and cleaning of small cobbles/rocks (it will get better in time with all this year's rain). The dangerous stuff is gone and its good to go with some easy cobble side pulling spread around 2 hardish sections. Another 2 star route that could be awesome in time. A helmet for the belayer is probably a good idea for the next few months. Aug 2, 2015
