RAIN AND WET ROCK The sandstone in Red Rocks is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Details

Sit start below the overhanging arete. Pull on and make a tricky move up right to gain a vertical slot for the right hand. With the slot secured continue directly up the arete on improving holds.

There's a small intermediate crimp you can grab instead of shooting straight for the right hand slot. I thought it made it easer than just making an awkward shot and trying to stuff your fingers in the slot on a deadpoint. It didn't seem like a big stretch to get to it, but I am 6'2", so who knows.
