Description Suggest change

This is a pretty big flow of ice on the hillside. The ice is usually WI3 with a few ledges here and there depending on how you climb it. There is also another major ice flow to the right of this climb called Pipeline.

Location Suggest change

To access Blue Ribbon, drive about eight and a half miles down the Seward Highway and the climb will be on your left. You can park in the pullout area on the right hand side of the road.

Protection Suggest change

Bring ice screws and v-thread material. Alders exist at the top for a rappel.
