From my experience, this is probably the lowest quality rock of any crag in Echo (could possibly get better with traffic). Other than that, it's protected adequately for a confident 5.7 climber and there is an awesome, yet totally unnecessary finger lock to be had near where the angle decreases. There are two bolts for the anchor that could benefit from some quick links. Aug 24, 2015

5 bolts, 2 bolt anchor, 50'.
The last bolt is to the right a bit and might be easy to miss. I did. Mar 31, 2013

Sporty from the top bolt to the chains. Probably not a great first lead. Apr 23, 2012

There is a runout from the top bolt to the anchors, it's 4th class scramble. Not sure if the top bolt is suppose to be the end of the route for leading and the anchors used for top rope only or if a bolt is missing either way just be very careful.

There was a lot of loose rocks on the climbs. I think both the belayer and climber should wear a helmet on this route. Apr 23, 2012
