Portrait 2.

Adam on the direct 5.7+ start of Inwood Arete. There were basically 4 distinct crack systems on the face. This is the rightmost - it looked to be the driest, most continuous, and easiest to protect of the four crack systems.

Second Pitch on the Inwood

The fantastic-looking starting face at the base of the climb. The "5.8" direct start we took -- the most obvious crack system -- is marked, although it felt much easier. Maybe one of the cracks to the left goes at 5.8?

Arete from near trailhead. From distance, ridge is pretty continuous up to E Ridge

As you approach arete, foreshortening and perspective make it harder to distinguish, but I believe it follows the line indicated.

Arete in the fading light on the walk back to the car (East Ridge descent).

Directly below arete, just above lake. From other pictures, I think the standard start is up the middle slab. The stab to its right is harder and described as direct. There may be a variation up the gully and slab to the left.
