The finished knot. The two strands that are in my fingers are the same two that are separated from the overhand. The single loop that locks down on the two leading ends of the rope is the one that started over my wrist.

The finished knot. The two strands that are in my fingers are the same two that are separated from the overhand. The single loop that locks down on the two leading ends of the rope is the one that started over my wrist.
Loosen the overhand by separating the two strands indicated in the previous photo.
Bringing the loop from my wrist over the knot, continuing to hold the same two strands of rope.
