LCC Perla's Ridge Rock Fall! HEADS UP!

On Thursday 5/27 there was a MASSIVE rock fall about 2/3 of the way up Perla's Ridge. The debris funneled down both the White and Black Pearl gully's. We witnessed several, close to house sized, boulders empty out into the woods past the aprons of these gully's. If you are bouldering or climbing on the south side of the road below these heads up! Smaller rocks and debris were still coming down after the initial large rock fall. Be careful out there!

Yeah, I heard this too as I was belaying on Bushwhack on Thursday. I couldn't tell which gully it was coming down, but it was LOUD!

Uhh, seriously - anyone that's familiar with both the location of perlas ridge AND bouldering areas in LCC.... it sounds like these would be coming down above where the farside is located? Any ideas? I'm always in the mood for checking out new rocks to climb
