Description
The RU Climbing Wall is a full featured ART climbing wall by Nicros. It boasts eight top ropes and limitless bouldering. Being an art wall it hosts natural routes which range from 5.10 - 5.11. Most of the routes are face climbs on overhanging terrain.
It is free to any RU student with ID. The first Visit is free for everyone. Non students may acquire a $10 day pass, $25 ten punch pass, or $45 semester pass from the Recreation Office. The Recreation Office is located in the "Student Recreation and Wellness Center" and is open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. For more information call 540-831-5813.
The wall is open Monday - Thursday 6:30pm - 9:30pm and Sunday 2pm - 5pm.
The climbing wall is located on RU's main campus in Peters Hall.
