Dang, George nailed it! I figured that arch would give it away but you definitely needed to know the region as well. Here’s the next one (stupid post limits…)  George is on a roll, just can‘t stump him! Wheeler Peak in Nevada it is. |

Since no one else is answering, it's the Grande Sassiere. It's supposedly the highest peak in the Alps that you can walk up (ie. no glacier travel or rock climbing). Some claim it is the highest walk up peak in Europe but Cheget (and probably others on the Europe side of the Caucasus) is higher. Of course you can ride cable cars higher as well. |
