Restrictions on climbing in Linville Gorge?

I know that there are peregrine closures in effect for many of the areas in Linville Gorge but outside of that, are there restrictions on where you can/can’t climb? If I were to find a wall that is not listed as a climbing area on MP with predetermined routes can I still climb it?

Awesome. Thanks Andy. I was pretty sure that was the case but couldn’t find anything definitively 

No power tools/motorized equipment in the gorge.
