As mentioned earlier they are air cooled chillers. Meaning the heat exchange to the Ambient air is through a refrigerant condenser coil. The water is a closed loop system that will exchange and transfer that heat to the refrigerant. The chilled water get pumped through out the center and picks up heat by different methods but once the system is filled and if there are no leaks the system uses no new water.

Oh f##k off. Nobody here wants it. Except paid off old white guys. I don't want higher electricity bills to run your chillers. I also don't care how efficient they claim they are at bucking 48V down to 12V. Even if it's 90 percent somehow I don't want to pay for it. I also don't want a 62 square mile shitehole north of the lake. Plus I don't want to give them any water period. Don't forget about the water just needed to build it.  I also don't want to be lied to by our governor that its for my security. That may work on the Jim Jones right leaning crowd in this state that will drink anything their masters will give them but I hope there's a huge critical thinking crowd that doesn't want this along with a bunch of dumbasses finally waking up.

So go design your chillers for somewhere else.

As far as monkey wrenches go... That could work... But it would end up being a few people leading the charge only to look back and see everyone else dropping out.
