Lover's Leap and Sugarloaf conditions

Anyone have recent info on conditions in the Leap or Sugarloaf? Is there snow on the ground? Is the rock wet from recent rains?

Loaf is good to go.

leap got some snow but is likely still G2G with some potential wetness here or there. Sun was out half the day yesterday and will be nice and warm today.
I would say it will be a lovely weekend to get out to either.

The Leap only saw a slight dusting of snow and now is all gone.  It froze overnight and it is still windy and cold this morning.  Saturday will start off cold but become nice as the day progresses.  Sunday looks perfect.

Sugarloaf would be the call for today and the Phantom Spires would be too windy.

We will be doing an updated conditions report from the Leap later today.

How is the weather after that Tahoe storm? Inquiring to climb th April 18/19 weekend.

Most of the snow is gone, but expect it to be cold in the morning.  Winds pick up on Sunday afternoon as the next storm approaches.

We will be out there on Sunday planting trees with the Sugar Pine foundation.  Meet in the campground at 10 if you want to help out!

Anyone know if the water spigot at the Leap campground is running? Gate open yet?

Last I was there the spigot was not running. This was mid april.

As of Friday spigot was not running. Gate was closed.
