Housing- outdoorsy couple, Brunswick/Maine area

Not a climbing post, but my wife are both climbers. Just trying to get this out to as many spots as possible. Even if you don't know of any housing spots or have any leads, climbing related info would be great too! Looking to get into ice climbing as well... but primarily looking for roof over head. Thanks!

Hello! My wife and I are looking for a rental 1 bedroom apartments or house within a fairly large radius within and around Brunswick. I've spent some time in Bath, and really enjoyed it! If any of you lovely people have any suggestions, places to avoid, tips or tricks, we'd be happy to hear them. We're looking for some place that ideally has AC, laundry, and parking, (outside is fine!) and is relatively quiet. We're quiet people ourselves. We're also happy to do caretaking in the winter months, but ideally are looking for a single place year round. We're not smokers and don't have any pets.
