Cathedral/Whitehorse Conditions?

I’m new to the northeast. It’ll be my first season climbing here and I’m itching to get on some rock. When are the conditions typically dry/good enough to start climbing in Conway? Late April?

Potentially earlier depending on the weather. South facing stuff without overhead hazards could be good anytime in late March, depending on the day. Whitehorse South Buttress and upper wonderland , perhaps? Sundown, White's ledge in Bartlett, Humphrey's ledge... All are good potential options for early season.
