What are your favorite multi-pitch routes that might be marred by a less than stellar pitch which you can bail prior to it getting rough?

A lot of people don't do the final (ridge) pitches of Trash Cat. In general, there aren't many walk offs in EPC and most of the rap routes are back down the route so it's usually easy to bail from any of the belay anchors. There's a lot of options down there and new routes are going up all time.

What kind of grades are you looking for? I just spent a month down there and would be happy to recommend some routes based on your desired difficulty and style.

I'd say in the 10s.  Happy to climb  pitch or two in the 11s as well, but trying to do more mileage than tapping into the harder stuff...

Definitely: off the couch, thunderbolt, siete vidas linked into trashcat, speed runs on buzz rock routes (link 1,2,3 on five pitch harmony with two bolts of easy simulclimbing, link 4+5), pitch black, supenova, something at the spires, Las Chimuelas, ramses shenanigans, and Excalibur. That should give you a good start.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
